“Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to the individual placing an order on Nerdpapers.com.
“Nerdpapers”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Nerdpapers.com, owned and operated by GENPAK IT SOLUTIONS LTD, International House, 12 Constance Street, London, England, E16 2DQ.
“Work” or “Deliverable” means the written content produced by Nerdpapers’ writers under the Client’s order.
These Terms govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Nerdpapers provides academic and business writing services strictly for research and reference purposes. The delivered materials are intended to be used as learning aids or examples. Clients are solely responsible for how they use these materials and for adhering to their institution’s policies on academic integrity.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. A 50% deposit may be required at the start of a project, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
Ownership of the completed work is transferred to the Client only after full payment has been received.
All Client information, communication, and submitted materials are kept strictly confidential. Nerdpapers will never sell, share, or disclose Client information to third parties, except as required by law.
A refund is applicable only if:
Nerdpapers fails to deliver your project within the agreed deadline.
Nerdpapers is unable to assign a Nerdwriter for your order.
Once a writer has been assigned and work has begun, deposits become non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to [email protected] before the project is completed. Your request will be reviewed and processed by our team on its merits.
Cancellation requests fall under two categories:
Before Work Has Started
If your assigned writer has not yet begun work on your order, the full amount paid will be credited to your Nerdpapers Store Wallet as store credit, which you can use for any future order.
After Work Has Started
If your writer has already started working on your order, Nerdpapers will review the progress and determine an appropriate partial credit on a case-by-case basis.Deductions will be made to fairly compensate the writer for the portion of work already completed.
The final store credit amount will be decided after discussion with the client and will be credited to your Nerdpapers Store Wallet upon confirmation.
You can view your available balance anytime by logging into your Client Dashboard under “Client Balance”.
We provide free revisions within 14 days of order completion, provided the revision request aligns with the original order instructions.
Revisions requested after 14 days or outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
Nerdpapers guarantees delivery within the agreed deadline and the originality of content.
However, Nerdpapers is not responsible for academic outcomes, grades, or third-party opinions regarding the delivered work.
Upon full payment, all rights and ownership of the delivered work transfer to the Client.
Redistribution, republication, or resale of Nerdpapers’ content without written consent is prohibited.
Nerdpapers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Nerdpapers is not responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, system outages, or other unforeseen events.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
